HINTS & TIPS FOR SUCCESS

• Price your home right. We can assist with our industry reports and show you where your property sits to achieve the best possible price in the best possible timeframe.

• We strongly recommend allowing us to hold open for inspections as this allows possible buyers to come along and view your property in a more relaxed way.

• When the sales agent has arranged inspections or open for inspections it is important for possible buyers to be able to see themselves living in your home. To allow the possible buyer to start dreaming it is helpful if you are not home at the inspection time. If you can take a short walk or pop out to visit a friend it allows this process.

• If you have a dog please do a quick clean up of doggy mess then take them for a stroll while your property is being viewed.

• The entrance to your property is very important so take a little step back from the front and check that it is neat and tidy. 

• De-cluttered all areas of the house including storage areas - First impressions count!

• Well presented homes are an indicator of a well maintained property.
